Welcome to the BAM Club — our exclusive loyalty program that kicks in from your very first visit. As soon as you book your first session, you unlock the NEWBIE status and start racking up the perks. Think discounts on karaoke, free drinks, and surprises all year long. The more you sing, the more you earn.

How it works

1. Book your first BAM karaoke

Book your private karaoke room online or directly at one of our venues. First time at BAM? You’re in luck — you’re automatically enrolled in our BAM Club.

2. Get rewarded the day after your visit

Unlock NEWBIE status

The day after your first BAM night, you level up to NEWBIE. And yes, there’s a gift waiting for you: €30 off your next booking. Sounds like a good reason to come back and turn the volume up again.

3. Book your second BAM karaoke

Use your €30 voucher within 6 months of your first visit. It’s the perfect excuse to plan another unforgettable night — this time with some sweet extras.

4. Get rewarded the day after your visit

Become a BAMER

After your second visit, you unlock BAMER status. That means 10% off every booking, a large cocktail (for 5) on the house each time you sing, and a special birthday gift. You’re officially VIP now.

FAQ

Do I need to sign up to the program?

No — it’s automatic. You’re in the program as soon as you book your first session, online or in-person.

When do I get my perks?

Perks are activated the day after your visit (not after booking).

How do I use my discount?

From your loyalty dashboard, you’ll find your promo code. Just enter it at checkout when booking online. Food & drink perks can be claimed on-site — just ask our lovely bar team.

What if my perks expire?

If you’re a NEWBIE and your perks expire, you’ll need to make another booking to rejoin the program. As a BAMER, new perks will unlock after each visit.

Can I apply my code after booking?

No — if you forgot to use your code, you’ll need to cancel (if possible) and rebook with the promo code added.
